loves it?

I went on a wee shopping spree last weekend and splurged out (with the help of my birthday money). I don't have much left now! Anyways, I thought I'd share with you what I got :)
MAC paintpot in Bare Study. Haven't made up my mind about this just yet, I'm currently obsessed with using NYX jumbo pencils as a base to my eyeshadow so I am yet to try this little beauty out!

For the last 9 months or so I've been using MAC'S Studio Sculpt foundation in NW20 and I felt it was time for a change. Although I love studio sculpt I have quite oily skin and the Shea butter in the foundation was doing my skin no favours whatsoever. It was fine for the first few hours but then my face was as shiny as... grease? Anyways, thought I'd give this a go and risk the alleged breakouts caused by it. I've been fine so far, I've been using it for nearly a week. The coverage is amazing and I love the matte finish. Although I do like a nice dewy glow so I may get myself Benefit's Moon Beam when I have the money :)

After buying my foundation and whatnot, I headed to superdrug to get me a new primer. I was going to get the GOSH Velet Touch Foundation Primer but it was pretty pricey at around £14. I knew what the price was beforehand but I was expecting the bottle to be much bigger than it was! Anyway, I chose not to get it. On the other hand, I had a No7 £5 off voucher (love those <3)
It claims to cancel out redness which it definitely does, hence the beautiful green colour. Mmm. The only problem is that it tends to stick to dry patches which then remain green and I then find myself removing it from that area with a makeup wipe. It also tends to get a bit blotchy and it's quite difficult to smooth in so I may try mixing it with a mousturiser. Other than that, the performance of this product is amazing! I love it :D my makeup stays set for hours on end and I no longer feel the need to keep reapplying it. I think I ended up shedding out a mere £5 for this so all is good in the world!

I've wanted this playsuit from Topshop for a while now. I was a little hesitant at first because I'm incredibly tall (6ft and half an inch ;)) so I was worried the body would be too short. It's fine though! And I was quite surprised to find that what I thought was going to be cream lace was actually a very pale pink. It's adorable! Although my brother did feel the need to point out the fact that I looked like I was wearing some kind of 'Victorian swimsuit' is what I believe he said. I love vintage. It's fine.
I HAVE WANTED ONE OF THESE FOR SO LONG! This is a photo of mine, but it has a corsage... on the other side. So I don't know why it was taken from this side? I love it :) and have now acquired the nickname 'Pete' thanks to my lovely brother. (Pete Doherty style indie douchebag style hat.)

Finally I bought this, from Topshop of course :) I believe it was £38. I don't usually wear this colour but I thought I'd go a bit wild and get it anyway. I've barely taken it off since I got it. Despite the hot weather. I'm just burning up. But I'm cool with that because I love love love this cardigan.

LIFE IS GOOD! <3
I really fancy a waffle.
